30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at returns@90schaingang.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label
- Package the item securely and ship it back using our provided label
Processing Times
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Return Shipping
- We provide prepaid return labels for all returns
- Return shipping is free for exchanges
- For refunds, a $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
International Shipping (Europe)
We ship to European Union countries with the following details:
- Shipping Time: 7-14 business days
- Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Returns from Europe: Contact us first at returns@90schaingang.com for special return instructions
- European Contact: For shipping inquiries to Europe, email europe@90schaingang.com
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged by normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@90schaingang.com with photos of the issue. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
